Join us for a morning of workshops for parents of children in preschool through grade 12

Featuring Keynote Speaker: Barbara Coloroso, "Just Because It's Not Wrong, Doesn't Make It Right: From Toddlers to Teens, Teaching Kids to Think and Act Ethically"

Internationally recognized speaker and bestselling author, Barbara Coloroso, will also lead workshops on her book "The Bully, The Bullied, and The Bystander".

Start the morning with the keynote presentation (Session I 9-10:30 AM), then continue with two workshops of your choice.

Session II (10:45-11:45 AM):

• The Bully, The Bullied, and The Bystander
• Positive Character Development: A Report on the Success of School Districts 65, 67 & 115 Programs
• Meaningful Connections with Your Teenager
• Setting Limits and Consequences
• Adolescent Moods and Emotions: Can We Really Prevent Depression?

Session III (12:00 noon-1:00 PM):

• The Bully, The Bullied, and The Bystander
• Body Confidence: Inside and Out
• Holding the Line on Risky Behavior 
• Teaching Kids to Care: Nurturing Character and Compassion
• Mindfulness: Nurturing the Inner Lives of Our Children

$25.00 per participant ($30 after March 5), $15.00 per spouse

Babysitting available, $10.00 per child

Registration fees are waived for teachers and school staff from Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, and Knollwood.
